Thursday Evening In-person Meditation

Heart Insight holds in-person group meditations each Thursday evening.
Time: 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start; finish at 8:30.
Location: Mindful Psychology
5/6 Qualtrough Street, Woollongabba, QLD

Format
: first sit – 7 to 7:45; break/walking meditation – 7:45 to 8; second sit – 8 to 8:30.
There is off-street parking. Enter through the main entrance and go up the stairs on the left. The sitting room is on the first floor. We follow the current Qld Health Covid-19 requirements.
Chairs are available, but please bring your own cushion or meditation bench.
Join us. You will be warmly welcomed.

Cancelled: Wednesday silent sitting retreats including May 25th

Bodhi Chan has regretfully cancelled all future Wednesday daylong retreats except on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Restarting in June, a silent full-day session will be hosted by Dharma Brisbane on the 4th Wednesday of each month, see schedule and further information.

Developing a meditation practice is so much easier with the support of a group. Every Sunday evening from 6pm – 8pm, join us as we explore the liberating insights and practices taught by the Buddha. Some sessions are peer-led group sits, with discussion; others are teacher led. For the present, all meetings are via Zoom. Visit the website to join the mailing list and receive the Zoom link.
